Today you should read: Revelation 20:11-15

Today we read about the final judgment at the great white throne. Most Christians believe you will be judged as soon as you die but this final judgment is where everything we have ever said, done or even thought of, will be rewarded or punished. God knows all, sees all and will judge all. This is also the judgment where the book of life will be open all will be separated to spend eternity in the new Heavens & Earth with God through Jesus or eternity separated from God in Hell. People don’t like to be judged.

It’s one of the first things people say when describing Christians (whether true or not). “Only God Can Judge Me” is one of the most popular tattoos out there. No matter how much people don’t like the idea of being judged, this tattoo speaks truth. People’s judgment will be nothing compared to the judgment we rightfully deserve with God. It’s what we do with Jesus, who is sitting on this throne that determines how we will be judged. It’s also the reason why we need to share the Gospel with others with everyone’s judgment day coming in mind. Eternity depends on it.

Let today’s scripture motivate you in all of your actions and when sharing the Gospel with others.
